Guyanagaster bacterial community

We used high-throughput amplicon sequencing (Illumina MiSeq) of the 16S region to characterize the bacterial community housed in the sequestrate fungus, Guyanagaster necrorhizus. We also wanted to understand how the bacterial community changes as the fungus matures.
