Guyanagaster bacterial community

We used high-throughput amplicon sequencing (Illumina MiSeq) of the 16S region to characterize the bacterial community housed in the sequestrate fungus, Guyanagaster necrorhizus. We also wanted to understand how the bacterial community changes as the fungus matures.我们采用Illumina MiSeq平台针对16S区域开展高通量扩增子测序，以解析闭囊壳真菌Guyanagaster necrorhizus体内的细菌群落。此外，本研究同时探究该真菌在成熟过程中其内部细菌群落的变化规律。
