人类诱导多能干细胞（human iPS cells）向星形胶质细胞（astrocytes）分化过程中，伴随分化进程的基因表达变化特征尚未明确。本研究借助基因芯片（microarray）技术，系统探究人类诱导多能干细胞向星形胶质细胞分化过程中随分化阶段动态变化的基因表达谱，并验证人类原代星形胶质细胞与iPS细胞来源星形胶质细胞之间的相似性。实验整体设计：针对人类诱导多能干细胞向星形胶质细胞分化的不同阶段开展对比分析。
