The ablated Cyp27b1 mice showed no difference in mammary development but tumorigenesis was significantly accelerated. Cell proliferation, angiogenesis, cell cycle progression and survival markers were upregulated by Cyp27b1 ablation, a pattern confirmed by microarray analysis. Overall design: Triplicate samples each of control mice and Cyp27b1 knockout mice.

Cyp27b1基因敲除小鼠的乳腺发育无显著差异,但肿瘤发生进程显著加快。细胞增殖、血管生成、细胞周期进程及存活标志物的表达水平在Cyp27b1基因敲除后出现上调,该表达特征经微阵列(microarray)分析验证。实验整体设计:对照组小鼠与Cyp27b1基因敲除小鼠各设置三份重复样本。
