The role of microRNAs in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy

We report the expression of microRNAs in renal biopsies from patients with IgA nephropathy (progressive form and non progressive form), membranous and thin membrane nephropathies RNA from each of six frozen renal biopsies from each of the 4 cohorts was extracted and sent to Exiqon for next generation sequencing

本研究报道了IgA肾病（IgA nephropathy，分为进展型与非进展型）、膜性肾病（membranous nephropathy）及薄基底膜肾病（thin membrane nephropathies）患者肾活检组织中的微小RNA（microRNAs）表达谱。本研究共纳入4个队列，每个队列的6份冰冻肾活检组织均完成RNA提取，随后将提取的RNA样本送至Exiqon进行下一代测序（next generation sequencing）。
