Bats are considered reservoir hosts of many lethal zoonotic viruses and have implicated in several emerging infectious disease, like SARS-CoV2, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, etc. Systematically draw the bat virus receptors expression pattern and regulatory features is necessary for the bat viruses research and future pandemic prediction and prevention. Here, we applied single cell RNA-seq and single ATAC-seq on major organs of horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus affinis), and systematically checked the bat related virus receptors expression pattern and accessibility across organs and cell types, providing a valuable dataset for bat viruses research.
蝙蝠被认为是多种致命人畜共患病病毒的储存宿主,并与SARS-CoV2、SARS-CoV、MERS-CoV等多种新发传染病相关。系统绘制蝙蝠病毒受体的表达模式及调控特征,对于蝙蝠病毒研究及未来大流行的预测与防控至关重要。本研究对中菊头蝠(Rhinolophus affinis)的主要器官进行了单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA-seq)和单细胞转座酶可及性染色质测序(single ATAC-seq),系统分析了蝙蝠相关病毒受体在不同器官及细胞类型中的表达模式与染色质可及性,为蝙蝠病毒研究提供了宝贵的数据集。
