Exploring the mechanisms of valvular heart disease (VHD) at the cellular level may be useful to identify new therapeutic targets; however, the comprehensive cellular landscape of non-diseased human cardiac valve leaflets remains unclear. Overall design: The cellular landscapes of non-diseased human cardiac valve leaflets (five aortic valves, five pulmonary valves, five tricuspid valves, and three mitral valves) from end-stage heart failure patients undergoing heart transplantation were explored using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Please note that processed data files generated from multiple samples are available on Series record and are indicated in the associated sample description field. ****Raw sequence data were provided at China Genomic Sequence Archive (GSA). The accession number will be included once the paper is accepted.
在细胞层面探究心脏瓣膜病(valvular heart disease, VHD)的发病机制,或有助于发掘全新的治疗靶点;然而目前人类非病变心脏瓣膜小叶的全面细胞图谱仍未明确。总体实验设计:本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术,对接受心脏移植的终末期心力衰竭患者的非病变心脏瓣膜小叶进行细胞图谱分析,共纳入5份主动脉瓣、5份肺动脉瓣、5份三尖瓣及3份二尖瓣样本。请注意,多样本生成的处理后数据文件可在系列记录中获取,并已在相关样本描述字段中注明。原始测序数据已上传至中国基因序列归档系统(China Genomic Sequence Archive, GSA),论文录用后将公布其登录号。
