Gene expression analysis of T-cell leukemia/lymphoma associated mutations of PLCG1 in Hut78 cells

The most frequently mutated gene PLCG1 was identified in Adlut T-cell leukemia/lymphoma patients. Here, we employed bulk RNA-seq analysis to clariy regulated genes and signaling pathways of PLCG1 mutations in Hut78 cells. We further defined unique genes and pathways for PLCG1 mutation by comparing to T cell receptor stimulation group.

本研究在成人T细胞白血病/淋巴瘤患者中鉴定出了突变频率最高的磷脂酶Cγ1（PLCG1）基因。在此基础上，我们采用批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）分析，以阐明Hut78细胞中PLCG1突变所调控的基因与信号通路。此外，通过与T细胞受体（T cell receptor）刺激组进行对照比较，我们进一步明确了PLCG1突变所特有的基因及信号通路。
