A mixed DNA pool from 28 red-skinned pear lines and a mixed DNA pool from 27 green-skinned pear lines with the extreme phenotypes from the parental lines ‘Mantianhong’ pear and ‘Hongxiangsu’ pear was constructed and resequenced using the modified QTL-seq with the genome of the ‘Dangshansuli’ pear as a reference.

本研究构建了28个红皮梨品系的混合DNA池，以及27个携带来自亲本‘满天红’梨与‘红香酥’梨极端表型的绿皮梨品系的混合DNA池；随后以‘砀山酥梨’的基因组作为参考序列，采用改良的数量性状位点测序（QTL-seq）技术对上述混合DNA池进行重测序。
