The actual mechanism of lung protection by I-post-C is unknown. The objective of this study was to explore the protective mechanism and potential molecular regulatory network of I-post-C on lung tissue. Transcriptome analysis was conducted on rat lung tissues from sham, ischemia-reperfusion (IR), and I-post-C groups using mRNA-Seq.
