To investigate the functional significance of STIM1::MXD3, we overexpressed the fusion gene in K562 myeloid leukemia cells and analysed global gene expression changes using RNA-seq. Overall design: Differential gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for K562 cells expressing STIM1::MXD3, wild-type MXD3 and the empty vector control.

为探究STIM1::MXD3融合基因的功能意义,我们在K562髓系白血病细胞中过表达该融合基因,并采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术分析其全局基因表达变化。整体实验设计:针对分别表达STIM1::MXD3、野生型MXD3以及空载体对照的K562细胞的RNA-seq数据,开展差异基因表达谱分析。
