本研究通过微阵列表达谱分析,对共计1924种人类微小RNA(hsa-miRNAs,以下简称miRNAs)进行检测,以分析早期传代与晚期传代的真皮乳头(dermal papilla, DP)细胞间miRNA的差异表达情况。
实验设计:本研究所使用的人类头皮标本取自健康患者的择期面部提升手术。我们随机选取3株真皮乳头细胞株进行传代培养,并通过微阵列分析比较早期与晚期传代DP细胞中miRNA的差异表达。
