To provide centre-based day care for persons with severe disabilities. Its objective is to promote care in the community by strengthening the caring capability of families or carers through provision of regular day care including nursing, rehabilitation, social and personal care services so as to enhance opportunities of persons with severe disabilities to continue living in the community.
本服务旨在为严重残疾人士提供以中心为依托的日间照料。其核心目标为：通过提供涵盖护理、康复、社会支持及个人照料在内的定期日间照料服务，强化家庭与照护者的照护能力，进而推动社区照护体系建设，提升严重残疾人士持续于社区生活的机会。
