We investigated the survival and adaptive strategies of Antarctic yeast <i>Rhodotorula mucilaginosa</i> AN5 treated individually with high (15 %) and low (0 %) salinity to simulate the natural environment.We performed growth assays, SEM, biochemical factor assays, and proteomic analysis of yeast based on iTRAQ and PRM technology.
我们针对南极粘红酵母(*Rhodotorula mucilaginosa*)AN5,分别采用高盐(15%)与低盐(0%)条件单独处理以模拟其自然生存环境,进而探究其存活与适应策略。在此基础上,我们开展了该酵母的生长测定、扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)观察、生化因子检测,以及基于同位素标记相对和绝对定量(isobaric Tags for Relative and Absolute Quantitation,iTRAQ)与平行反应监测(Parallel Reaction Monitoring,PRM)技术的蛋白质组学分析。
