科创评分

对于科技创新型企业的评价，采取“技术流”和“资金流”都有各自权重的全面的评价体系。“技术流”评价体系是从科技创新信息、科技创新投入产出信息、资质信息、政府政策扶持信息、产学研合作情况5个维度考察企业，使用打分卡模型（比如机器学习算法）进行量化评估，从而得到技术流评分。“资金流”评价体系是从财务能力、经营能力和成长能力三个维度考察企业，使用打分卡模型进行量化评估，从而得到资金流评分。再将技术流评分和资金流评分按照一定的权重做加权和得到企业的科创评分。

For the evaluation of technology-based innovative enterprises, a comprehensive evaluation system with respective preset weights for both the "technology flow" and "capital flow" dimensions is adopted. The "technology flow" evaluation system examines enterprises from five dimensions: scientific and technological innovation-related information, input and output information of scientific and technological innovation, qualification information, government policy support information, and industry-university-research cooperation status. It uses a scoring card model (such as machine learning algorithms) to conduct quantitative assessment, thereby obtaining the technology flow score. The "capital flow" evaluation system examines enterprises from three dimensions: financial capacity, operating capability, and growth capability, and uses a scoring card model to perform quantitative evaluation to derive the capital flow score. The enterprise's scientific and technological innovation score is then calculated as the weighted sum of the technology flow score and the capital flow score based on certain preset weights.
