We have analyzed transcript level changes in nuclei isolated from the adult mushroom body (MB) of Drosophila melanogaster, as well from whole-head (WH) nuclear extracts. MB and WH nuclei were isolated at five time-points across a 24-hour period. Examination of transcript levels in mushroom body (MB) and whole-head (WH) nuclei isolated from adult wild-type flies at five time-points across a 24-hour period. Genetic material was collected from pools of 50-60 fly heads with 3 replicates per condition.
