This folder contains processed data of indels from our experiments in two libraries of 2000 designed sequences for the inDelphi work, using code from https://github.com/maxwshen/indelphi-dataprocessinganalysis.<br><br>Note: mES-Cas9-Tol2-BioRep1-r1.csv is misnamed, it should be mES-Lib1-Cas9-Tol2-BioRep1-r1.csv.

本文件夹包含了我们针对inDelphi研究中两个各含2000条设计序列的文库所开展实验的插入缺失变异（indels）经处理后的数据，所用代码来源于https://github.com/maxwshen/indelphi-dataprocessinganalysis。<br>注意：mES-Cas9-Tol2-BioRep1-r1.csv文件名存在错误，其正确名称应为mES-Lib1-Cas9-Tol2-BioRep1-r1.csv。
