Overexpression of ERF019, BBX29 and CCA1 in Arabidopsis Transcriptional profiling of transgenic Arabidopsis comparing wild type Col-0 seedlings with transgenic lines overexpressing ERF019(AT1G22810), BBX29(AT5G54470) and CCA1(AT2G46830). Goal was to determine the effects of overexpression of these TFs on global gene expression in Arabidopsis to explain salt and drought tolerant phenotypes. Two-condition experiment, WT vs. transgenic. Biological replicates: 2 wild type replicates, 2 transgenic replicates each for 3 gene overexpressors.
本数据集针对拟南芥开展转录谱分析,比较野生型Col-0生态型幼苗与分别过表达ERF019(AT1G22810)、BBX29(AT5G54470)及CCA1(AT2G46830)的转基因株系。本研究旨在解析这三类转录因子(Transcription Factors)过表达对拟南芥全基因组基因表达的调控效应,以阐释其耐盐与耐旱表型的分子机制。本实验采用两组对照设计:野生型与转基因株系。生物学重复设置为:3个目标过表达基因各对应2个野生型生物学重复与2个转基因生物学重复。
