ddRAD-sequencing of single spore lines of R. irregularis Sc2. ddRAD-Seq Sc2 SSLs

We performed ddRAD-sequencing on the R. irregularis dikaryon strain Sc2 and four of its single spore lines (SSLs). These single spore lines were produced from the culturing of a unique spore of the parental strain (Sc2).

我们对根内根孢囊霉（R. irregularis）双核菌株Sc2及其4个单孢子株系（SSLs）开展了双酶切简化基因组测序（ddRAD-sequencing）。上述单孢子株系均由亲本菌株Sc2的单个孢子培养获得。
