Number of filtered genes = removal of low counts and genes that were undetected by RNAseq. Sanitized = removal of dead genes using the WormBase ‘Gene Name Sanitizer’ function. Significantly upregulated = log2 fold change > 2. Unique = collapse of distinct transcript forms to a single gene.
