CO2 and CH4 fluxes along with water, sediment, hydrological and weather conditions in the Danube floodplain of spring 2025

This dataset contains CO2 and CH4 fluxes from surface water; water parameters (ions, DOM components and indices, physio-chemical parameters and CO2 and CH4 C13 isotopes of dissolved gas in water); sediment parameters (nutrients, C13 isotopic signatures, different carbon forms and fine sediment percentage), hydrological indices (connectivity to main channel, waterbody depth and size and various hydrological indices), and weather conditions.
