This paper presents the design and analysis of a dual-band single aperture metasurface antenna. By utilizing a sinusoidally modulated impedance profile, the antenna is engineered to operate efficiently at at NASA's Deep Space Network (DSN) Ka-band frequencies: 31.8-32.3 GHz for downlink and 34.2-34.7 GHz for uplink. The methodology includes the adjustment of impedance profiles using a scaling factor on the phase to align with different operational frequencies, ensuring good performance in both of the bands. The antenna has been fabricated and tested. The measured results present a good match with the computed results.
本文针对双频单孔径超表面天线(metasurface antenna)开展了设计与分析研究。该天线通过采用正弦调制阻抗剖面,被设计为可在美国国家航空航天局(NASA)深空网络(Deep Space Network, DSN)的Ka频段高效工作:下行链路频段为31.8~32.3 GHz,上行链路频段为34.2~34.7 GHz。本次研究采用的方法包括通过对相位引入缩放因子以调整阻抗剖面,从而适配不同工作频段,确保两个频段均具备优异的辐射性能。该天线已完成实物制作与性能测试,实测结果与仿真计算结果吻合度极佳。
