DNA methylation profiling of maize genotype WCIC1

Leaf, root and seedling of the maize genotype WCIC1 were sampled to compare the DNA methylation profiles of different tissues and callus to establish a baseline DNA methylome in a maize transformable genotype.采集玉米（maize）基因型WCIC1的叶片、根系及幼苗作为样本，以对比不同组织与愈伤组织（callus）的DNA甲基化谱（DNA methylation profiles），并在该可转化玉米基因型中建立DNA甲基化组（DNA methylome）的基线。
