本数据集按基因组数据集的各菌株（strain），统计了每种MPF类型的预测系统（Predicted_system）所对应的接合系统数量（记为n）。已对预测结果所在的染色体/质粒（Prediction）完成注释。该数据已在图S7中予以呈现。
