Small noncoding RNA sequencing of mouse tissues following perinatal lead exposure

Next-generation sequencing data of sncRNAs was mapped to piRNA locations derived from our previous study and compared between exposure groups to identify differentially expressed piRNA.将小非编码RNA（small non-coding RNAs，sncRNAs）的下一代测序数据比对至源自本团队前期研究的Piwi互作RNA（Piwi-interacting RNAs，piRNA）位点，并在不同暴露组之间进行比较分析，以鉴定差异表达的piRNA。
