Amylase is one of the most popular and important form of industrial enzyme and Bacillus genus is well known and famous for amylase production, here we report the complete genome of Bacillus filamentosus strain H146 from cigars, which also has a high amylase activity. The assembled result shown that its genome contained a circular chromosome and 5 circular plasmids.

淀粉酶（Amylase）是最常用且最重要的工业酶类之一，芽孢杆菌属（Bacillus genus）因产淀粉酶而广为人知。本研究报道了一株分离自雪茄的丝状芽孢杆菌（Bacillus filamentosus）H146菌株的完整基因组，该菌株同样具有较高的淀粉酶活性。基因组组装结果显示，其基因组包含一条环状染色体与五条环状质粒。
