Dataset - Drying out fish ponds, for an entire growth season, as an agroecological practice: maintaining primary producers for fish production and biodiversity conservation

This dataset is based on samples taken from fish ponds in the Dombes region between 2007 and 2014. It includes sediment and water physio-chemistry data, as well as primary producer diversity, benthic invertebrate density and fish yield for 85 different ponds. All these data are linked to the distance to the last dry-out, a major practice in extensive fish farming in this region. There are two .tab and .csv files: One containing the dataset One containing the description of the different variables (Metadata)

本数据集基于2007年至2014年间采集自多姆（Dombes）地区鱼塘的样本构建而成。数据集涵盖85个独立鱼塘的沉积物与水体理化（physio-chemistry）数据，同时包含初级生产者（primary producer）多样性、底栖无脊椎动物（benthic invertebrate）密度以及鱼类产量等信息。所有上述数据均与各鱼塘距离上次干涸的距离相关联，而干涸作业是该地区粗放式养鱼（extensive fish farming）的核心生产实践。数据集包含两个格式为.tab与.csv的文件：其一存储数据集本体，其二存储各变量的说明文档（元数据Metadata）。
