LncRNA-seq of dormant buds in 'Fuji' apple (Malus × domestica)

Transcriptomic analysis of long non-coding RNA during bud dormancy transition in apple ('Fuji'). Buds were collected at 17 November 2015 (before bud dormancy) and 15 December 2015 (during bud dormancy).* Mixture of two RNA pools (17 November and 15 December ) were provided for sequencing苹果（‘富士’）芽休眠转变过程中长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA）的转录组分析。分别于2015年11月17日（芽休眠前）与2015年12月15日（芽休眠期）采集芽体样本。将分别来自2015年11月17日与2015年12月15日的两个RNA混合池混合后用于测序。
