Given the link between commensal microbiota and Th17 development, there is intense interest in understanding the role of IL-17 in regulating host defense genes expression in the gut. Towards this we have done multiple RNA sequencing analyses on terminal ileum of WT, IL-17A-/-, IL-17RC-/- and intestinal epithelial specific IL-17RA knockout mice all on C57BL6J backgrounds.
鉴于共生微生物群(commensal microbiota)与Th17细胞发育之间的关联,学界对阐明白介素17(IL-17)在调控肠道宿主防御基因的表达中的作用抱有浓厚兴趣。为此,我们对均携带C57BL/6J背景的野生型(Wild Type,WT)、IL-17A基因敲除(IL-17A-/-)、IL-17RC基因敲除(IL-17RC-/-)以及肠道上皮细胞特异性IL-17RA敲除小鼠的回肠末端组织开展了多组RNA测序分析。
