Butterfly: EVALPBMC_DS dataset

This dataset is PBMC 1, Drop-Seq, from the publication Ding J, Adiconis X, Simmons SK, Kowalczyk MS, Hession CC, Marjanovic ND, et al. Systematic comparison of single-cell and single-nucleus RNA-sequencing methods. Nature Biotechnology. 2020 Apr 6;1–10. This is distributed according to the Creative Commons 4.0 license. The files are also available in human cell atlas. The reason we put the data here is because we want to be able to download the data from Google Colab, and we found no way to do that in the HCA DCP.本数据集为外周血单核细胞1（PBMC 1）的Drop-Seq测序数据，源自论文《单细胞与单细胞核RNA测序方法的系统性比较》（Systematic comparison of single-cell and single-nucleus RNA-sequencing methods），作者包括Ding J、Adiconis X、Simmons SK、Kowalczyk MS、Hession CC、Marjanovic ND等，发表于《自然·生物技术》（Nature Biotechnology），2020年4月6日上线，页码范围1–10。本数据集依据知识共享4.0（Creative Commons 4.0）许可协议进行分发。该数据集文件亦可在人类细胞图谱（Human Cell Atlas）平台获取。我们将本数据集上传至此的初衷是，希望可通过谷歌 Colab（Google Colab）下载该数据，但经尝试无法通过人类细胞图谱数据协调门户（HCA DCP, Human Cell Atlas Data Coordination Portal）完成该下载操作。
