47 EMBL formated genome sequence and annotation flat files; the dataset underlying Agrogenom phylogenomic database.<br>These sequences, their annotation and subsequences (e.g. CDSs) can be queried using fro them ACNUC sequence database 'agrogenom', which is freely accessible through the client tool Query; the name of the database ‘agrogenom’ must be typed in the top box, and the relevant password ‘LCSA’ must then be typed in the prompted box. <br>

本数据集包含47份采用欧洲分子生物学实验室（EMBL）格式的基因组序列与注释扁平文件，为Agrogenom系统发育基因组学数据库的核心支撑数据。
可通过ACNUC序列数据库"agrogenom"对上述序列、其注释信息及子序列（如编码序列CDSs）进行检索；该数据库可通过客户端工具Query免费访问。
