MD simulation and AFM image files

Dataset MD contains MD simulations of the interaction of different combinations of monovalent (Na+, K+) and divalent (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+) cations with the Drew-Dickerson B-DNA dodecamer. The simulations were conducted using the GROMACS 4.7.0 program package. Dataset AFM contains in-situ AFM images of DNA origami triangles (6 nM) adsorbed on mica surfaces in the presence of different combinations of monovalent (Na+, K+, 90 mM) and divalent (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, 10 mM) cations.Imaging was performed using a JPK Nanowizard ULTRA Speed with USC F0.3-k0.3 cantilevers. Images were were recorded at 15 min intervals at a line rate of 30 Hz and a resolution of 512 x 512 px.
数据集MD包含一价(Na+、K+)与二价(Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+)阳离子的不同组合与德鲁-迪克森B型DNA十二聚体(Drew-Dickerson B-DNA dodecamer)相互作用的分子动力学(Molecular Dynamics, MD)模拟数据。本模拟采用GROMACS 4.7.0软件包完成。 数据集AFM包含吸附于云母表面的DNA折纸三角形(浓度为6 nM)在不同组合的一价(Na+、K+,浓度90 mM)与二价(Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+,浓度10 mM)阳离子体系中的原位原子力显微镜(Atomic Force Microscopy, AFM)图像。成像采用搭载USC F0.3-k0.3型悬臂梁的JPK Nanowizard ULTRA Speed原子力显微镜完成。图像以15分钟为间隔进行采集,行扫描速率为30 Hz,分辨率为512×512像素。
