Diversity disturbance relationships in bioreactor bacterial communities

Soil bacterial communities were grown in bioreactors under varying dilution rates and dilution frequencies to study how disturbance intensity and fluctuation affect diversity. These results are relevant to synthetic ecology, and culture-dependent studies of soil microbiome.
