Samples prepared with straight nuc seq protocol, and in parallel sample, first with FACS isolation of ERG+ nuclei to isolate endothelial and microglial poulations

血管性痴呆患者与健康对照个体的大脑白质细胞转录组分析。实验设计概述：本研究针对人类血管性痴呆患者及健康对照的样本开展单核测序（nuc-seq）研究，采样部位为额叶侧脑室上方的胼胝体白质。所有样本均采用标准单核测序流程制备；同时设置平行样本，先通过荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）分离ERG阳性细胞核，以分离内皮细胞与小胶质细胞群。
