Synthetic viral samples with DVGs

Two synthetic groups of fastq files with a known population of Defective Viral Genomes (DVGs) and the full genome virus. - 'sars216' dataset was generated from SARS-CoV-2 genome - 'tumv72' dataset was generated from Turnip Mosaic Virus. The composition of each file is defined in the composition file uploaded in the GitHub repository: https://github.com/MJmaolu/SyntheticSamplesWithDVGs. Simulated samples used to evaluate the performance of the DVGfinder tool (https://github.com/MJmaolu/DVGfinder).本数据集包含两组合成fastq文件集，其中涵盖已知的缺陷病毒基因组（Defective Viral Genomes，DVGs）与完整基因组病毒种群。其中，'sars216'数据集源自SARS-CoV-2基因组，'tumv72'数据集源自芜菁花叶病毒（Turnip Mosaic Virus）。各文件的组成信息已在GitHub仓库https://github.com/MJmaolu/SyntheticSamplesWithDVGs上传的组成文件中予以明确。本模拟样本集用于评估DVGfinder工具的性能，该工具的开源仓库地址为https://github.com/MJmaolu/DVGfinder。
