Pronaf Jovem: the disjunctions between the ideal and the real

Abstract: This article analyzes the limits of Pronaf Jovem in the social construction of a successor rural youth in family farming from counterpoints between normative principles and experiences lived by young rural people. The research data were obtained by combining documentary research and case study. The case study was carried out in municipalities of the Central Region of Rio Grande do Sul, it was produced qualitative and quantitative data. Pronaf Jovem idealizes the construction of an autonomous, pluriactive rural youth, integrated in institutions of rural development and successor in family farming. In this study, rural youth could not access rural credit through Pronaf Jovem. They invest in differentiated strategies for personal emancipation, which are rarely directed towards projects of hereditary succession in family farming.

摘要：本文通过规范性原则与农村青年实际生活经验的对照分析，探讨了Pronaf Jovem项目在家庭农业框架下构建接班农村青年群体的社会建构过程中存在的局限性。本研究采用文献研究与案例研究相结合的方法获取数据，案例研究开展于南里奥格兰德州（Rio Grande do Sul）中部地区的市镇，最终采集得到定性与定量两类数据。Pronaf Jovem项目旨在打造融入农村发展机构、投身家庭农业传承的自主多元经营农村青年群体。然而本研究发现，农村青年无法通过Pronaf Jovem项目获取农村信贷，转而采取差异化策略实现个人解放，此类策略极少指向家庭农业的家族传承项目。
