Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) captures the dynamics of brain development with high spatial resolu- tion and with complementary modalities that quantify both brain structure and function. These measurements may yield valuable insights into the neural patterns that mark healthy maturation or that identify early risk for psychiatric disorder later in life. The Pediatric Template of Brain Perfusion (PTBP) is a free and public neuroimaging resource that will help accelerate the understanding of childhood brain development as seen through the lens of multiple modality neuroimaging and in relation to cognitive and environmental factors. The PTBP uses MRI to quantify cortex (T1), white matter (DTI), resting state functional connectivity (BOLD) and brain perfusion, as measured by Arterial Spin Labeling (ASL), in >100 children 7—17 years of age. The PTBP captures, within normally developing children and across several modalities, the trajectories that demarcate critical turning points in brain maturation. This novel resource allows a more detailed understanding of the structural and functional landmarks that are obtained during normal adolescent brain development. This is currently a pre-publication example of a single subject. More data will be added in the future. The PTBP was supported by Danny JJ Wang's R01MH080892
