该数据集包含了2023年全国省、市、县三级行政区的高精度矢量边界数据，数据格式为GPKG。为保证地图的完整性，市级行政区地图包含了省级直辖市和由省级行政区直辖的县级行政区域。
This dataset contains high-precision vector boundary data for the national provincial, municipal, and county-level administrative divisions in 2023, with the data format being GPKG. To ensure map integrity, the municipal-level administrative division map includes provincial-level municipalities directly under the central government and county-level administrative regions directly administered by provincial-level administrative regions.
