Effect of MIDKINE on in vitro culture of FLT3LG-bone marrow cells

Gene expression analysis of the effect of MIDKINE (MDK) on bone marrow cells cultured with Fms Related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG). Overall design: Bone marrow cells from C57BL/6J mice were flushed and cultured with Fms Related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG) (50 ng/ml) and with or without recombinant human MIDKINE (10 ng/ml) for 3 days. 500ng of total RNA samples were used. Each condition was analyzed in triplicates.

本数据集针对中期因子（MIDKINE, MDK）对经Fms样酪氨酸激酶3配体（Fms Related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand, FLT3LG）体外培养的骨髓细胞的影响开展基因表达分析。实验设计概况：从C57BL/6J小鼠体内冲洗分离骨髓细胞，将细胞置于添加有50 ng/ml Fms样酪氨酸激酶3配体（FLT3LG）的培养基中培养，同时分别设置添加10 ng/ml重组人中期因子与不添加重组人中期因子的两组，持续培养3天。每份样本取用500 ng总RNA进行分析，每组实验条件均设置3次生物学重复。
