aSix basic signal functions: Injectable antibiotics, injectable anticonvulsants, injectable oxytocics, manual removal of placenta, manual removal of retained products, assisted vaginal delivery. Two comprehensive signal functions: C-section, blood transfusion.bHealth professional: doctor, nurse, midwife or clinical officer. Registered: recorded as working in the facility.
