SNP positions highlighted in grey represent SNPs not found in all isolates of a particular serotype. These positions were removed and the remaining SNPs represent the final set used in this study. 本研究针对通过对参考荚膜多糖基因座（cps loci）进行多重序列比对、并基于样本量n=28的小型临床样本数据集所鉴定得到的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms，SNPs，涵盖已发表及新发现的位点）展开了调研。以灰色标记的SNP位点，指未在某一特定血清型的所有分离株中均检出的单核苷酸多态性位点。此类位点已被剔除，剩余的单核苷酸多态性位点即为本次研究最终采用的SNP集合。（XLSX格式，文件大小23 KB）
