Effect of DHODH inhibitor on gene expression in Panc1 cells

To investigate the function of DHODH in the Panc1 cells, we treated Panc1 with DMSO or DHODH inhibitor BRQ. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 different samples under two treatments. 为探究二氢乳清酸脱氢酶（DHODH）在Panc1细胞中的功能，我们采用二甲基亚砜（DMSO）或二氢乳清酸脱氢酶抑制剂BRQ处理Panc1细胞。随后，我们针对两种处理条件下6个不同样本的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展基因表达谱分析。实验整体设计：对经DMSO或BRQ处理的Panc1细胞的RNA-seq数据进行对比基因表达谱分析。
