we used an electrical stimulation device to stimulate the rats for 1 h and then generated a rat model of ischemia/reperfusion. Ischemia/reperfusion was performed for 3, 6, 12, 24, or 72 h (5 rats at each time point), and the animals of the control groups (5 rats at each time point) were not subjected to FNS.
本研究采用电刺激设备对大鼠施加1小时的电刺激,随后构建缺血再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion)大鼠模型。分别设置缺血再灌注处理时长为3、6、12、24或72小时的实验组,每个时间点使用5只大鼠;各时间点对应的对照组大鼠均未接受FNS处理,每组同样包含5只大鼠。
