INO80 Chromatin Remodelling Coordinates Metabolic Homeostasis with Cell Division

We performed RNA-seq across the yeast metabolic cycle (YMC) in wild-type and a strain lacking ARP5, a central component of the INO80 chromatin remodelling complex. 本研究在野生型酵母以及缺失ARP5的菌株中，针对酵母代谢周期（YMC）的全周期进程开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）；其中ARP5是INO80染色质重塑复合物（INO80 chromatin remodelling complex）的核心组分。同时，本研究还对同一批样本实施了转座酶可及性测序（ATAC-seq），以考察酵母代谢周期中的染色质架构动态。实验整体设计：在野生型与arp5缺失型酵母中开展RNA-seq与ATAC-seq实验。
