Transcriptional profiling of piriform cortex from a mouse model of Huntington's disease (Q140)

Piriform cortex were isolated from 12-month old wild type and Q140 knock-in (KI) HD mice. Transcriptomic analysis (RNASeq) was performed on 2 genotypes: WT and Q140, 6 replicates per genotype. RNASeq analysis was performed on samples from the piriform cortex tissues of 12 months old wild type and Q140 mice. N = 6 per group (3M/3F)本研究从12月龄野生型与Q140敲入（knock-in, KI）亨廷顿舞蹈症（HD）小鼠的梨状皮层（piriform cortex）中分离得到实验样本，针对野生型、Q140型两种基因型的样本开展转录组分析（RNA测序，RNASeq），每组设置6个生物学重复。本次RNA测序分析的样本均来自12月龄野生型与Q140型小鼠的梨状皮层组织，每组样本量N=6（雄性3只、雌性3只）。
