Bacterial community structure analysis by MinION sequencer with full flow cells and Flongle flow cells. The target sample was stagnant water samples in pharmaceutical water systems. Samples consisted of city water, reverse osmosis treated water and ultrafiltration treated water. sampled from November 2022 to June 2023.

本数据集采用搭载完整流通槽（full flow cells）与Flongle流通槽的MinION测序仪开展细菌群落结构分析。本次研究的目标样本为制药用水系统中的滞留水样，样本类型涵盖市政自来水、反渗透（reverse osmosis）处理水及超滤（ultrafiltration）处理水，样本采集周期为2022年11月至2023年6月。
