The results in the subdirectories are calculated with the FEM code FEAP 8.6 and an electro-mechanical phase-field element. <br> The four subdirectories contain the inputfiles (and associated files) for the simulations as well as - 00_create-parameter-study.sh, - collect-Ogden.py, - state.pvsm, - state2.pvsm. <br> The Linux shell script "00_create-parameter-study.sh" prepares the parameter studies into new subdirectories and drives the simulations. <br> The python script "collect-Ogden.py" collects the force-displacement results from the simulations, determine the critical loads and prepare the data file "Ogden.dat" <br> The ParaView state files (*.pvsm) help to visualise the simulations results (*.vtu) using the Visualization Toolkit library (VTK, https://vtk.org/). <br> <br> The gnuplot file "plot-el-potential.plt" is used to create Fig. 11b out of the parameter studies (http://www.gnuplot.info/). <br>
各子目录内的计算结果均采用有限元法(Finite Element Method,FEM)代码FEAP 8.6与机电相场单元生成。<br>四个子目录包含了本次模拟所需的输入文件(及关联文件),以及如下文件:- 00_create-parameter-study.sh、- collect-Ogden.py、- state.pvsm、- state2.pvsm。<br>Linux shell脚本“00_create-parameter-study.sh”可将参数化研究任务部署至新建子目录,并驱动模拟流程执行。<br>Python脚本“collect-Ogden.py”能够收集各模拟的力-位移结果,求取临界载荷,并生成数据文件“Ogden.dat”。<br>ParaView状态文件(*.pvsm)可借助可视化工具包库(Visualization Toolkit,VTK,https://vtk.org/)实现模拟结果(*.vtu)的可视化。<br><br>gnuplot脚本文件“plot-el-potential.plt”可基于参数化研究结果绘制图11b(http://www.gnuplot.info/)。
