为解析斑马鱼胚胎发育中mbd5的分子功能,我们在两个发育阶段开展了转录组分析。整体实验设计:采用Illumina HiSeq X Ten平台进行深度测序,获取了以下两组样本的基因表达谱:一是受精后52小时(52 hpf, hours post fertilization)的mbd5敲降(Knockdown, KD)、敲除(Knockout, KO)样本及其同窝对照;二是受精后7天(7 dpf, days post fertilization)的mbd5敲除(KO)、过表达(Overexpression, OE)样本及其同窝对照。
