在四川屏山县茶园绿色防控区喷施申嗪霉素和氨基寡糖素,间隔7天喷施1次,连续喷施2-3次;对照区按当地常规防治方法进行处理。绿色防控区和对照区分别随机选择5个采样点,按照一芽二叶的标准,随机采摘80个茶芽,记录健康茶芽数量和健康茶芽重量。在福建福安、广西桂林、浙江绍兴和贵州遵义开展英威防治茶小绿叶蝉田间效果测定,试验设计和数据调查参考国家标准GB/T 17980.56-2004 农药 田间药效实验准则(二)第56部分。在广西桂林,采用脱硫橡胶塞作为缓释材料,加入总量为1毫克的(R)-10,14-二甲基十五醇异丁酸酯和(S)-10,14-二甲基十五醇异丁酸酯,以及0.1毫克的14-甲基十五醇异丁酸酯,以空白橡皮塞为对照,按照R手性占比为0、25%、50%、75%、100%设置5个处理,每个处理重复5次,结合船型诱捕器,将不同配方随机悬挂于茶园中,诱捕器间隔12米,每4天调查一次诱捕器粘虫板上的茶毛虫雄蛾数量,比较不同配方之间的诱蛾量。

In Pingshan County, Sichuan Province, Shenqinmycin and amino-oligosaccharins were sprayed in the green pest control area of tea plantations, with applications once every 7 days for 2 to 3 consecutive times; the control plots were treated according to local conventional pest control practices. Five sampling points were randomly selected in both the green pest control area and the control plot, respectively. Following the standard of one bud with two leaves, 80 tea buds were randomly picked, and the number and weight of healthy tea buds were recorded. Field efficacy trials of Yingwei against tea small green leafhoppers were conducted in Fu'an (Fujian Province), Guilin (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region), Shaoxing (Zhejiang Province) and Zunyi (Guizhou Province). The experimental design and data survey were carried out in reference to the national standard GB/T 17980.56-2004 "Pesticides – Guidelines for Field Efficacy Trials (II) Part 56". In Guilin, Guangxi, desulfurized rubber stoppers were used as slow-release materials, with a total of 1 mg of (R)-10,14-dimethylpentadecyl isobutyrate and (S)-10,14-dimethylpentadecyl isobutyrate, plus 0.1 mg of 14-methylpentadecyl isobutyrate added. Blank rubber stoppers were used as the control. Five treatments were set up with chiral ratios of 0, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, respectively. Each treatment was replicated 5 times. Combined with boat-shaped traps, different formulations were randomly hung in the tea plantation, with traps spaced 12 meters apart. Investigations on the number of male tea tussock moths on the sticky cards of the traps were carried out every 4 days, and the moth catches among different formulations were compared.
