We transferred the coordinates from BTx623‑v3 to the BTx623‑T2T assembly to generate a coordinate‑lifted GFF3 file. Gene IDs in this file use the conventional <b>Sobic.00xG</b> prefix, and a set of newly discovered genes has been added with IDs beginning with <b>BTx623.0xG</b>.

我们将BTx623-v3版本的基因组坐标映射至BTx623-T2T组装序列，以生成经坐标提升的GFF3（General Feature Format 3）文件。该文件中的基因ID均采用通用的Sobic.00xG前缀，同时新增了一批新发现的基因，其ID以BTx623.0xG为起始前缀。
